BEING A GOOD LEARNER IN DIFFERENT LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS
This module focuses on how to excel in various learning environments that medical students often find themselves in, such as lecture halls, bedside tutorials, and ward rounds. It also provides strategies to make the most of these settings and develop a proactive, engaging approach to learning.
By the end of the module students will be able to:
- Outline strategies for active engagement in different learning environments.
- Understand how to transition from passive to active learning in different environments.
- Apply the principles of active learning in high-pressure clinical settings, like ward rounds.
- Address challenges in these learning environments, such as hierarchical structures or anxiety
