To qualify for a refund under our Pass or Your Money Back guarantee, the following conditions apply:

Course Completion Requirement

You must complete 100% of both courses included in the HIV Diploma Course Bundle before your CMSA exam date.
Completion includes:

  • Watching all video lessons, if applicable
  • Reading all summaries/notes
  • Completing all quizzes and assessments
  • Obtaining a certificate of completion for both courses

Exam Attempt

The guarantee applies only after you sit the CMSA HIV Diploma exam and receive an official result.

Proof of Unsuccessful Attempt

You must submit official evidence of your exam result (e.g., CMSA letter or result notification) within 30 days of receiving it.

One Exam Cycle Only

The guarantee applies to one exam sitting only — the next sitting after your course purchase.

Refund Scope

  • Refund applies to the course bundle fee only.
  • CPD certificates already issued remain valid.

Non-Transferable

The guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another candidate.

Good Faith Policy

We reserve the right to decline refunds where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, incomplete course engagement, or dishonest claims.
