This module reviews the key cardiac surfaces, chambers, and coronary arteries, emphasising the origins and branches of the left and right coronary arteries. It introduces the concept of cardiac dominance and its clinical relevance to myocardial infarction patterns. Common occlusion sites and their associated infarcts (inferior, posterior, lateral, septal, and anterior) are highlighted.
